and is headquartered in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, an important
gathering place for China's stainless steel industry. The company
focuses on the research and development, production and sales of
stainless steel materials, with "seamless steel pipes" as its core
products, and is committed to providing high-performance and
high-standard metal material solutions for the global industrial
field.
1. Product system
The company mainly sells 304, 316L, 310S, duplex steel (2205/2507)
and other series of stainless steel seamless pipes, covering the
following specifications:
- Outer diameter range: 6mm to 1030mm
- Wall thickness range: 0.5mm to 100mm
- Implementation standards: GB/T 14976 (national standard), ASTM
A312 (American standard), EN 10216 (European standard), etc.
2. Technical advantages
Production process
The "hot rolling + cold drawing/cold rolling" composite process is
adopted, combined with post-process technologies such as solution
treatment, pickling and passivation to ensure that the product has:
- High strength: tensile strength ≥520MPa, elongation ≥35%;
- Corrosion resistance: passed the SSC (hydrogen sulfide stress
corrosion) test, suitable for extreme environments;
- Precision size: tolerance control up to ±0.5mm, meeting the needs
of high-end equipment manufacturing.
3. R&D and Innovation
- Jointly build a "Stainless Steel Pipe Joint Laboratory" with the
School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong
University to overcome the problem of material stability under high
temperature and high pressure environment;
- Independently develop "multi-roll cold rolling forming
technology" to reduce the surface roughness (Ra) of the pipe to
below 0.8μm, reaching the mirror-grade standard.
